AWARD: American Volleyball Coaches Association All-American honorable mention.

ACHIEVEMENTS: First team all-Midwest Region pick. ... led UF in kills (310) and hitting percentage (.352). ... Hitting percentage No. 2 in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. ... First team all-GLIAC. ... 108 total blocks, 31 digs on defense.

NOTE: Taflinger becomes first Oilers volleyball player to achieve AVCA NCAA Division II honors.

AWARD: Ohio Athletic Conference men's swimmer of week.

PERFORMANCE: At the Wooster Invitiational, Breitigam posted an ONU record 49.57 in the 100 butterfly and bettered the NCAA "B" cut. ... Finished second in the 200 fly (1:55.37). ... Also swam on the winning 200 and 400 medlay relay teams.
