Freed was 10 of 14 shooting from beyond the arc on his way to a game-high 30 points as he broke the school record of nine 3-pointers in a game set by David Metzger during the 1991-92 season. Andrew Hunter also had a solid game for the Red Devils (15-2) with 12 points. Adam Fox netted nine points for Riverdale (3-12). HOPEWELL-LOUDON 58 ARCADIA 48 ARCADIA -- Ryan Lammerse's double-double led Hopewell-Loudon as the Chieftains' first half lead propelled them to a 58-48 victory over Arcadia Saturday night in a nonconference boys basketball game. The Chieftains (9-8) outscored the Redskins (1-16) 14-6 in the second quarter giving them a 34-14 halftime advantage. Lammerse led the Chieftains with 16 points and 14 rebounds. Tyler Imes contributed 14 points. Casey Mock was the leading scorer for the Redskins (1-16), who have now lost six straight, with a game-high 19 points. Down by one entering the fourth quarter, the Indians (2-15) tied the game to force overtime and outscoring the Knights (3-14) by eight. Trey Brock led the Indians with 15 points. Cole Pohjala scored a near double-double with eight points and 10 rebounds. Ross Adolph scored a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Draeton Fasone and Brennen Swain both scored 15 points. CORY-RAWSON 62 NORTH BALTIMORE 32 RAWSON -- Tyler Harris and Grant Risner led Cory-Rawson past North Baltimore 62-32 Saturday in boys basketball nonconference play. Risner played an all-around solid game for Cory-Rawson (9-8) as he scored eight points delivered seven assists and grabbed 12 rebounds. Harris paced the Hornets with 17 points while Matt Alspach contributed 10. Jacob Frost and Jacob Williams led North Baltimore (2-16) with 10 points each. The Wildcats (11-6) enjoyed a 49-33 lead when the Bulldogs' (5-11) 33-point rally in the final quarter fell short. Matt Bahr's 16 points, including three 3-pointers, led the Wildcats.
