State Of The State Set For Tonight In Lima

Governor John Kasich will pitch his major policies tonight when he delivers his annual State of the State Address. The governor will speak to state lawmakers in Lima, to promote the improved employment in the area since he took office. Kasich's camp says the speech will cover his budget, tax reform and school funding plans.
