NAMI Offers Families Help In Dealing With Mental Illnesses

Area families who have members with a mental illness can get the support and information they need with a series of educational programs that start next month. NAMI of Hancock County Executive Director Erin Rodabaugh says many times when a loved one is diagnosed with a mental illness, caregivers and family members don't see the whole picture... Rodabaugh says that's where the Family-to-Family Education Program steps in. She says the group not only hears about how to help a loved one, but how to deal with the stress of offering that help... (Audio Below)
