Rail Crossings Clear After Train Breaks Down In Findlay

A train that broke down in Findlay this morning is moving again. The Findlay Police Department reported earlier a very long northbound CSX train stalled out between 2nd Street and Laquineo Street. The FPD confirms the train is being moved out of the way. When the train stalled out, all crossings in between 2nd and Laquineo were closed.
