Private Strategic Meeting Would Have Been Legal

A strategic planning meeting with city council members and six disciplines last week would have been legal according to Law Director Don Rasmussen. According to the Courier, Rasmussen said the private meeting with Six Disciplines would have been legal because council would not have been deliberating, citing Ohio court rulings. The brainstorming session was eventually opened to members of the media and public.
