Bluffton Village Council has determined how they will fill a vacant seat. Anyone interested in the spot needs to submit a written request to Council President David Steiner by Monday. Interviews will likely take place next Thursday, with plans to announce who has been appointed to the position on March 25. A council seat came open when council member Dennis Gallant was appointed to be the mayor for the rest of the year following the resignation of Eric Fulcomer, who took a job in Illinois.
