Dean Calvin is with the Blanchard Valley Sleep Center, and talked about sleep issues on WFINat10 today. He said your best bet is to try and work more quality sleep time into your schedule. But if you are tired and have to be on the road, a pop or cup of coffee can do the trick. However Calvin says even that has its limits... (Audio Below)
Calvin says any more than that amount of sleep and you'll actually be more tired than rested.
