A program aimed at making sure children have full stomachs when they come to school is reporting success. Heather Heilman is the Program and Grants Coordinator for the United Way of Hancock County, and says teachers are noticing a difference in kids being helped out by the Feed-A-Child initiative... The program has been implemented at two Findlay schools. There are between 385 and 395 kids taking part in it right now.
