We have had some problems with all of our pages updating on
AOL.
As I understand it, AOL servers search the web and cache pages in the server's memory. When an AOL subscriber
requests a page, the server will present the chached page, rather than go to our server to get the current page. The
explanation on this is that the server can display pages far faster this way.
We have contacted AOL to find a solution to this problem.
One trick that seems to work sometimes is to start AOL, minimize AOL,
then, open another browser such as Internet Explorer and request the page
in that program. This sometimes forces the server to request the latest information from our
server, but not always.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but it is beyond our control. We hope that AOL will give us a way to alleviate this
problem, soon.
